Intermec Technologies stopped supporting their Janus customers this January. This can be the best thing that's ever happened to you. Ivanhoe will take care of your Janus equipment more quickly and for less money.
Your handhelds ( J, JR, JG, batch, 900 and 2.4), vehicle mounts, (J, JG 2050) and RF backbone components (9180, 9181, 9183, 9189, DCS 200, 300) will be supported for years to come our service center. As long as you find them prodcutive, we'll maintain them (at about half the price of Intermec service!)
