Guarantees and warranties...

Our goal is to completely remove any risk associated with the purchase of refurbished equipment. Ivanhoe insures customer satisfaction with the promise of timely delivery of high quality products and services backed by solid guarantees and warranties.

For refurbished products:

Guarantee: Any and all products ship with an unconditional 15 day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, the buyer wants to return the product within 15 days, they may do so with no charge.
Warranty: Ivanhoe Group provides either a 90 day standard warranty or an extended one year warranty. Prices for both are stated in the pricing options section of your quotation.

Warranty repairs are return to depot, parts and labor, Peachtree City, Georgia. Thermal printer printhead warranties are 10 days.

For repaired products:

Our work is under warranty for the first forty-five days after you receive it. If your problems aren't solved then we will rework the equipment until it is or refund your money for the troubled repair.

For new products:

The original manufacturers' warranties apply to all new products sold through the Ivanhoe group.
